You can return products ordered from us up to 14 days after receipt of the goods!

Here you can easily register your product return.

How it works:

• You log in with your zip code and order number and indicate the products you wish to return.
• Send the parts to us back.
• Your product return will be processed as soon as possible.

What must be considered when returning products?



Goods that have been damaged or altered cannot be exchanged!

Oils, liquids and electronic parts are also excluded!

(If the original packaging is damaged, a refund may be deducted from the value of the goods)

*For products that are legitimately returned within 14 days of delivery, E-teile GmbH reserves the right to deduct a processing fee of 20% of the price charged from the credit.
